We had an open day on Saturday 8th April (hottest day of the year, so far!) and were cooking pizza and flat bread in 90 seconds and had a joint of beef cooked to perfection in just 20 minutes!

Top tip – break up your il Faggetto logs and warm them before you use them, once up to temperature, those 3 chunks kept our 80cm oven at cooking temperature for an hour and 30 minutes
